Is my car collected and delivered for free?

Yes, Unity offers a free collection and delivery service. We will collect your car from your home or work on the agreed service date and return it back to you free of charge once the service has been completed and payment has been authorised.

What makes of car do you service?

All makes and models. Some specialist vehicles maybe be subject to a service surcharge. We will inform you of this prior to accepting your booking.

When are your opening hours?

Our Garage service operates 24 hours a day Monday – Saturday. Our contact centre is also available 24 x 6.

What parts are used?

We use OE quality parts to protect your manufacturer warranty.

What if my car needs extra work other than the service?

If this occurs, a service advisor will contact you and inform you of the exact work that needs to be carried out. You will be told what the work is and how much it’ll cost. No work is ever started without your knowledge and consent.
